HB Remedial Management OPC is a one-man domestic corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. It is an agency principally engaged in remedial services for other legitimate entities or institutions such as, but not limited to, extrajudicial foreclosure of mortgages, collection of loan accounts, title registration with different Registries of Deeds and related government agencies, repossession of properties, and the like.

Its President, Harley Jones D. Bagos, has been actively and directly involved and working on every detail of the services, particularly foreclosure of mortgages and registration of titles, liens, and encumbrances for the past two decades including the tedious process and special requirements of courts and government agencies that are evolving from time to time. In fact, he used to work with the big in-house foreclosure team of BDO Remedial Management Unit – Consumer as a paralegal/registrant where he successfully accomplished the speediest foreclosures and registration with various Registries of Deeds.
